Below is the FAQ regarding Vivid Memorial Photo.
1 Can I use photos of different specifications?
Please upload photos in JPG/PNG format, with a file size not exceeding 5MB, and dimensions no smaller than 480x640px. Both 16:9 or 9:16 ratios are acceptable.
2 Are there other styles of the Vivid Memorial Photo?
Currently, we only offer two styles. We believe these two styles provide the most stable results in AI processing. However, we may add more styles in the future.
3 What if my photo is blurry?
Please try to provide clear photos. We will optimize the generated result as much as possible.
4 What if I don’t like the generated result?
Our sample photos and videos clearly demonstrate the service of this product. The style you select will closely resemble the final generated result. Therefore, once you receive the video, the digital transaction is considered complete, and we do not offer refunds.
5 I want to generate multiple photos, how do I order?
